Hello!  My name is Jeanmarie Auxier. I have been married to my husband for 14 years and we have an 8 year old boy and 5 year old girl. I am from Puerto Rico but grew up in Connecticut. I miss the abundance of trees especially in the Fall but have enjoyed the mountain life. However nothing beats the island breeze! 

I am a BYU graduate. I have taught ballet technique and performing arts for the past 18 years in addition to  being a corporate paralegal. As my children get older I have found my passion in teaching elementary students. Recently I taught PE at Ascent for a year and later  had the opportunity to work in a Kindergarten classroom as a paraprofessional.

Teaching brings me joy! I love working with young creative minds. It's my priority to provide a safe positive environment where students can thrive and become lifelong learners. Thrilled to teach 2nd grade!
